Your members’ emails are only visible to you and are never shared with an event organizer or other party. All data is stored in encrypted format in the AWS data centers.
Your association has a pre-existing relationship with your members, and all communication going out via Zoolink is being sent on your behalf. Zoolink only acts as a platform that links the event organizer with your association and then executes what has been agreed.
Will my members be spammed?
No, you as an association manager have complete control over what gets sent to your members. Each booking made by events needs to be approved by you, and you can reject any booking, or request any content to be reworked if not suitable.
