Zoolink is an event partnership management platform. We make it easy for trade and professional Associations, and Media to offer marketing opportunities to event organisers, thereby monetising the traditional event partnership relationship
Event organisers use the platform to identify suitable partners, purchase and book marketing opportunities, and then schedule these for execution.
Once approved by the partner, the platform automatically executes all booked marketing campaigns, thereby guaranteeing fulfillment and reducing the administrative overheads of traditional event-association and event-media partnerships.
Zoolink will launch in H1 2022. We are currently in a beta phase, and are starting to onboard initial associations and media. Once we have sufficient partners in the system, we will open the platform to event organisers. Any association interested in joining can set up a profile immediately. We are adding 10 – 20 associations per week from across the globe.
Event marketers spend considerable time identifying, negotiating and managing association and media partnerships. Zoolink aims to make it easy and cheaper to for events to work with partners, by automating the process.
For associations, we remove all administrative overheads associated with working with events, while generating revenue for the association.
Working with more targeted events also provides association members with relevant information and opportunities.
Zoolink is free for association and media partners. Zoolink only receives a percentage of revenue generated by the association through Zoolink.
Event organisers need to have a paid subscription to make use of Zoolink. This is based on the number of active events being managed by the platform at any one time. Subscriptions start at USD19 per month for a single event.
As an association uploading membership emails, your data is as secure as using an email marketing provider, such as Mailchimp. Your emails are only visible to you, and are never shared with an event organiser or other party.
All data is stored in encrypted format in the AWS data centers.
No, you as an association manager have complete control over what gets sent to your members. Each booking made by events needs to be approved by you, and you can reject any booking, or request any content to be reworked if not suitable.
Yes, Zoolink enables you to send emails to your members directly, can manage your social media marketing, and can be used to build and manage your newsletters. All of this is available at no cost to the association.
As an association you can decide which channels you would like to make available to event organisers. Basic channels include: Custom emails, Newsletters (news items, adverts and listing), Social media (Twitter, Facebook, Linked-in, Instagram), Logo endorsement. We will add additional channels as the platform evolves.
That’s one of the benefits of using Zoolink. Each association has a pre-existing relationship with its members, and all communication is being sent by the association to its membership. Zoolink only acts as a platform that links the event organiser with the association, and then executes what has been agreed.
